Lucie is a Venture Analyst with a Master of Science in IT & Management from UCL and the University of British Columbia (UBC). She has worked as the Technology Program Lead at Thriving Elements, managing roadmap strategy and a portfolio of automation projects. Additionally, Lucie co-founded an AI-based venture focused on video call analysis.
Her experience includes internships as a Visiting Associate at BCG and an Analyst Intern at Expedia Group. Lucie specializes in the intersection of technological innovation, entrepreneurship, and human-centred AI, aiming to use technology to solve societal issues. She has co-founded several small ventures and served as the Vice-president of UCL Entrepreneurs, one of the biggest entrepreneurship societies in London. Her Masters research project was on Explainable AI for Digital Transformation, emphasizing her interest in human-centred AI.
