Maxim’s work focuses on translating novel academic technologies into viable market innovations, with an emphasis on sustainable company development. He holds a PhD from the University of Cambridge, where he researched thermal barrier coatings for turbine engines in collaboration with Rolls-Royce plc. Maxim also has an MEng in Aerospace Materials from Imperial College London and conducted research on high-strength steels at MIT.
His professional experience includes roles at Dupont de Nemours and Lombard International Assurance, where he applied his research skills to industry challenges.
